We combine the best of exercise physiology with classic yoga to deliver fun, safe, and results-oriented classes. If you’ve tried other styles and felt uncomfortable or out of place, don’t worry!
At YOGABODY, there is no chanting, no incense, and no gurus. We focus on mind-body fitness, and our students are working professionals, students, busy moms, and everyone in between. We come together to move, breath, and transform.
Classes are all taught in Spanish, but most of our teachers speak English, and we welcome international students every day. Please don’t hesitate to join class even if your Spanish speaking level is low. We’re happy to have you and will accommodate you.
